People Processes Certified Leader (PPCL)
Six lessons. Six months. Live with Rhamy Alejeal. For managers who were promoted for being good at the work, and want to be great at leading people.

Who it's for
Most managers are promoted because they were great at the work. Nobody showed them how to lead people.
- New and experienced managers and supervisors
- Crew leads and line supervisors promoted from the field or the floor
- Partners and practice leaders who manage people on top of their own work
- Office managers who've become the company's HR person
What you'll learn
Three pillars, six lessons.
Managing the work
Lesson 1
What management actually is
Getting results through others; the weekly routine
Lesson 2
Workload, priorities and delegation
Setting team goals and following through
Representing the company
Lesson 3
Vision, mission and values
Turning the company's goals into your team's goals
Lesson 4
Compliance: spot it, don't solve it
Employee rights, the situations that must go to HR, the same-day handoff
Leading people
Lesson 5
Performance and documentation
Fact, standard, gap, next step; feedback that lands
Lesson 6
Coaching, conflict and speaking up
Difficult conversations, complaints, taking ideas upward
One thread runs through all six: know when to stop and call HR.
