Owners who work with us
We remove the bottleneck in your business: your ability to attract and retain talented people.
That's the problem slowing you down once you reach 15 or more employees.
The job you turned down because you didn't have the crew. The shift nobody covered. The manager you promoted who's quietly driving good people out.The owner still approving timecards at nine at night.
Stop bailing out the boat. Start steering the ship.
A line from People Processes, Rhamy Alejeal's #1 Amazon HR bestseller.

How we compare
Who actually does the HR work?
Software gives you tools. A PEO gives you a portal. Someone still has to enter and update employees, review timesheets, run payroll, chase documents, set up the tools, and join the hard meetings.

The Gold Standard
What a Gold Standard employer looks like.
Their people stay.
Pay is fair and written down.
Benefits are a reason to join.
Managers people want to work for.
No compliance surprises.
Everyone knows where the company is going.
Managers prove it too. The People Processes Certified Leader (PPCL) is our credential for managers people want to work for, open to managers at client and non-client companies.
“People Processes has been an invaluable resource to COGIC in nearly every area of Human Resources.”
Paula C. Smith-Hearn · Executive Director, HR, Church of God In Christ
Is People Processes a PEO?
No. There's no co-employment. Your company stays the only employer: your tax ID, your benefit plans, your carriers. We run the HR work as your own outsourced HR department.
What size companies do you work with?
Mostly companies with 15 to 300 employees. That's the stage where growth stops being capped by sales and starts being capped by people.
Can we keep our benefits?
Yes. Because you stay the employer, your plans and carriers stay yours. We review them at every renewal and can quote alternatives if you want them.
How much does it cost?
Foundation starts at $1,650 a month and Complete at $3,500 a month for your first 10 employees, with a set price per employee up to 50, plus a one-time setup fee of two months' fees. Above 50 employees, pricing is built around your company. See pricing
What is a Gold Standard employer?
A company that has built the systems and proved the results: every practice area verified by our audit, and pay, benefits, turnover, manager training and employee NPS at or above the industry bar. Read the full standard
Can my managers join the leadership program if we're not a client?
Yes. The People Processes Certified Leader (PPCL) program is open to managers at client and non-client companies. About the PPCL program
